A Phoenix (not AZ) Story

On Thursday, November 19, 2020 fire struck one of the two historic Greenhill Condo buildings. Despite 2020 Covid shutdowns, supply chain issues, fire and water damage that made the building uninhabitable for almost two years, the Greenhill Association restored the historic grandeur that has stood for the better part of a century. It took a lot of hard work, legions of skilled craftsmen and a little luck (everyone got out safely). The Unit 12 owner also restored the historic interior character of his place. He had his condo completed in late September this year. As a testament to the quality of the work, it was under contract two days after being listed and sold above asking price. Congratulations to all that made the Phoenix rise. Pretty good work!
